Foundation

Listing and buyer presentations, business cards, and brokerage-provided signs. All done with templates and feedback from leadership, not from scratch on YouTube.

Train With Intent

Compliance, legal, and the local board, taught in plain language. Then a 1:1 business-plan session with leadership so you leave the month with a real game plan.

Plug Into the Team

Meet the agents you’ll learn from. Shadow open houses. Sit in on team meetings. Announce that you’re in the business, and feel like you actually belong in it.

Phase 02 · Days 31–60

Practice the Real Work

Write listing packages, draft offers, and price homes the way you will for paying clients. Reviewed by leadership before any of it goes live. Reps build confidence.

Shadow, Then Host

Walk through showings and open houses with experienced agents first. Then host your own, with backup nearby until you don’t need it.

Reach Your Network

Calls, postcards, a launch letter, and a steady weekly content plan. We help you say the right thing to the right people without sounding like a salesperson.

Generate Real Leads

A daily call cadence. Door-knocking in a chosen area. Open-house follow-up. The activities that actually fill a pipeline, plus the system to track every one of them.
